Notary services in Israel

We coordinate notarial acts with licensed Israeli notaries and prepare the documents so they are ready for the authority that will receive them, in Israel or abroad.

A certified true copy confirms that a copy is identical to the original, which lets you keep your original diploma or certificate. A power of attorney lets someone act for you in Israel or abroad, for example to sell property, register a company or collect documents.

Signatures are authenticated in person in front of the notary. We prepare the text in the right language, book the appointment, and add the apostille or legalization when the document is going abroad.

Questions people ask

Can I sign a power of attorney in Israel for use in another country?

Yes. It is signed before an Israeli notary and, depending on the destination, apostilled or legalized. We can prepare it in the language the foreign authority expects.

Do I have to be present?

For a signature authentication or an affidavit, yes, the signer must appear before the notary. For certified copies, the notary needs to see the original.
