Embassy and consular legalization

Countries that are not part of the Hague Apostille Convention require a chain of authentication instead of an apostille. Typically the document is certified by the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs and then legalized by the embassy or consulate of the destination country.

Each embassy has its own rules on formats, translations, fees and appointments, and these change. We check the current requirements before submitting, so the document is not sent back.

We take care of the complete chain: translation, notarization, Ministry of Foreign Affairs authentication and the embassy or consulate stamp, then deliver the finished documents to you.
