Frequently asked questions
How much does a certified translation cost?
It depends on the language pair, the length and complexity of the document, the type of certification and the deadline. Send us a scan and we will reply with a fixed quote, usually within one business day.
What is the difference between a certified, a notarized and a sworn translation?
A certified translation carries a translator's signed statement of accuracy. A notarized translation in Israel is certified by a licensed notary. A sworn translation is a term used in countries such as France and Spain for translations by court-appointed translators. We tell you which one your receiving authority requires.
Do I need an apostille or embassy legalization?
An apostille is used for countries that are parties to the Hague Apostille Convention. Other countries require consular legalization. It depends on the country where you will use the document.
Can I send documents by email?
Yes. Scans or photos are enough for a quote and for most translations. If an original is needed, we arrange pickup or courier.
Do you work with clients outside Israel?
Yes. Many of our clients are Israelis abroad or foreigners who need Israeli documents. Everything can be handled remotely.
How long does it take?
Simple certificates are usually translated in two to four business days. Apostille and legalization add time depending on the authority. Urgent service is available.
Is my information kept confidential?
Yes. Documents are only shared with the people working on your file and are deleted once the job is closed.
